Terms of Use

CageDraft is a free-to-play fantasy MMA game where users build virtual rosters for UFC events, earn points based on fighter performance, and compete on leaderboards. CageDraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the UFC or Zuffa LLC.

You must be at least 18 years old to use CageDraft. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. One account per person is permitted.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not: create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages; use bots, scripts, or automated tools; attempt to manipulate leaderboards or scoring; harass other users; or reverse-engineer the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Keys, power-up cards, and fighter cards are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash. CageDraft may modify, remove, or discontinue virtual items at any time.

All platform content — including the CageDraft name, logo, scoring system, and UI — is owned by CageDraft. Fighter names and images are used for editorial and fan purposes under fair use principles. CageDraft makes no claim of ownership over UFC, fighter, or event trademarks.

CageDraft is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. Game scores and results are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute sports betting. We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, CageDraft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, waiving any other jurisdiction.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CageDraft after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
